We always knew what the next steps were in the loan approval process, what our options were for acquiring the best mortgage rates, and there were absolutely no surprises when it came to closing time.   Jeremy and his team are excellent at what they do! As a Realtor, when working with buyers I want to ensure my clients are in good hands. Submitting an offer with financing is only as good as the lending team behind it. Jeremy and his team are top-notch!! My clients have a direct line to Jeremy (no switchboard!), he's always helpful to them when there are questions, they get updates throughout, and Jeremy always get my clients to closing on time! As for me, I fully trust him. If I could give more than 5 stars I would :)

As a first time homeowner, everything finance related was thoroughly explained and they were always available to answer questions! They're super quick in getting together numbers, documents, etc which is much needed in this current market. I felt very comfortable with this team and would recommend them to anyone needing mortgage aid!

  My fiance and I recently purchased a house. Thanks to Jeremy and his team, the process was pretty quick and painless. We were in a time crunch because our lease would be up in 2 months. Jeremy was always available to answer questions, the communication was clear and timely. He knew we were first time home buyers, and he explained details clearly. We were able to find a home, close on it, and move before our apartment lease was up. And we were able to get a wonderful rate! We will be referring friends in the future and if we do plan to purchase another house, we will be reaching out to Jeremy.

  Working with Jeremy was a phenomenal experience! He was extremely attentive and responded to all my inquiries. Most notably, we reached out to Jeremy on a Sunday when we saw a house we loved and needed to put in an offer. He was available and extremely efficient in crunching the numbers to make sure we'd meet all the requirements. Furthermore, he took the extra step to notify the selling agent that we were very qualified. Sure enough, our offer won and I write this review sitting from my office in my amazing, new house. Thank so much Jeremy! Additionally, I felt like Jeremy did everything he could before closing to get us the best rate with as many perks as possible in a very competitive market.
