  As far as mortgage brokers (and people) go, Pat and his team are as good as they come! He was super responsive, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to line up everything for us for a speedy 2 week close. He got us the best interest rate for our loan and even personally called the seller at 10:30 the night before we put in our offer to let her know that our finances were solid. In a market with a lot of competition for buyers, I think that personal touch really helped win us the house. To put it simply, we really enjoyed working with Pat and his team! Highly recommend them!
