  We just refinanced our home with Advantage Title and they were awesome! John Ruffer came to our house for the closing so neither of us had to take off work and was extremely personable and helpful. Showed up early and answered all of our questions and made it feel very easy! Great work Advantage and John!

  Very pleasant experience in my refi closing with Beeline when I had some questions on settlement. Very very prompt and incredibly responsive. 5 stars and more. Worked with Steve the COO and Tori. Will recommend them highly. Though it's a brief experience, I loved their attention to detail and thorough response so quickly. Wondered why I didn't reach out to them earlier. Delightful team.

  I will never recommend this business. They were hired by the sellers of the home I purchased in June of 2020. Part of my closing cost was to go to the IRS. I gave them all the information they needed to send the funds to the IRS. They didn't pay attention to detail and sent a $7,000+ check without my proper information. The check was of course cashed but wasn't applied to my account. After reaching out to this company several times and assuming that they would do the right thing and fix their mistake, they told me to get a lawyer! One of their employees who was seeming to help just decided to change her mind because I guess fixing an issue so big they caused was too much work for her! After almost a year, I am still working on getting their mistake corrected! How can an 'established' business make such a mistake of sending money to the IRS without the proper information? It's the IRS for god sake! The lack of accountability is disheartening! The audacity to make it seem as though the IRS was at fault and to get a lawyer (which they aren't paying for) was even more insulting. Do yourself a favor and get a title company that knows what they are doing when it comes to your money!

  I highly recommend Advantage Title Co. Before deciding to use them, I price shopped other closing companies. Not only was Advantage the most cost-effective, they also provided the quickest and most responsive service. They were patient as I asked many questions and extremely thorough in their communication. They did a great job explaining everything and “translating” industry terms into easily-understandable language. When it came time for the actual closing, they sent an agent to our home at our preferred time, making it extremely convenient.
