  Horrible bank. They hit my credit with a charge-off TWO YEARS after closed the account, in person. They told me the account was closed, and I didn’t have anything to worry about. Place is a complete joke.

  Each branch of McClain bank has exceptional staff so it's always a quick in and out experience you feel good about. The noble branch is where I do most of my banking and sometimes I'll go to the branch on West Lindsey. One of many reasons I began banking at McClain Bank Noble branch is because the GM /Director, Lady Boss in charge is one of the most exceptional individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting. Both with banking business, and on a personal level, she goes above and beyond the usual standard in customer care. Wen she asks you how your Is going. How was your day??? ....she genuinely wants to know. ! ❤ thank you KARI

  The place to go for mortgages! Carlee Jacks handles all of mine and my family member's mortgages and is the best of the best. She is my lender for life! She will go above and beyond for you and delivers the best service in the industry. McClain Bank's mortgage department is top notch and their rates and fees are the lowest I have found!

  Last Friday I tried to order a bridesmaids dress for my wedding and was notified by the bank that the transaction had been declined because it looked like fraudulent activity, which great thanks for looking out for me. So I ordered a dress from another site thinking the other transaction was declined. I check today and the charge had gone through. I contacted the branch in Norman to see what happened and was treated so unbelievably rude. Instead of trying to help me figure out what happened they acted like it wasn't their problem and gave me some other numbers to call. All of this would have been fine had it not been for the terrible attitude I was given. So extremely disappointed as I've had positive experiences with them up to this point. Moral of the story is, if you're looking for a bank that will back you up and go above and beyond to help their customers, this is not the bank for you.

  personalized, friendly staff. professional, knowledgeable loan officers. competitive % rates. do yourself a favor & use this bank as the better option. not the big business banks.
