  I called the office on yesterday 1/13/21 and spoke to Selina, she was very friendly and efficient. She explained what I need to do to refinance my loan and the process was so easy. Her customer service is great and I look forward to doing business with Empire.

  Did my application online and waited a bit. Called and was approved. The girls are really nice and answered any questions I had and informed me of changes that were made. Will definitely be back.

  I was already upset I had to take a loan and was really dreading going into the location. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kandace and she made things really simple and seamless. The office staff was friendly when I walked in and it made this process a lot less stressful. I would definitely recommend and will use this location again if ever in a bind.

  My husband and I found ourselves in a tough spot needing extra funds as quickly as possible. I called up Empire and they were so helpful, friendly,and professional. We were approved before even leaving our house. Once we arrived they quickly got the paperwork all done and we had our funds within 10 minutes.
