  This bank gave me a fake $100 bill and when I went to purchase some toys at GameStop and found out my bill was fake I immediately went back to the bank to let them know. They refused to exchange the fake and I ended up calling the police and filing a report. I'm still out $100. DO NOT USE THIS BANK unless you want your hard earned money taken while you also pay them $6 to cash your check and get fake money in return. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst bank ever. They give you fake money. Do I need to say more???

  There i sonly one branch in Norman now. It closes at 4. This bank is screaming that they do not care about you. I will be closing my account and going to a bank that actually wants to help customers.

  Han is the reason that my wife and I are giving 5 stars. If he ever leaves, then we will re-post another review. He is the closet thing to having a personal banker that you can get today. Make an online appointment, as he is really popular.

  This is the worst customer service I have seen in a bank. 8 people in line waiting for 1 teller but the manager is standing around talking to 7 other employees joking around. Seriously if you have 30 minutes to waste feel free to go to this bank. The lady manager was rude to 2 other people. I’m amazed. Go to the West main st branch or 89th. This one is a loss.

  I have always had pleasant experiences with BOA. I think the hateful reviews are from other banks, lol. HOWEVER, as much as I want to switch banks and go to BOA, I can't because the bank hours are so utterly ridiculous that I can't see how anyone can be content to use it. Most people work a 9 to 5-ish shift, but BOA only has one day where they are open past 4 pm, and no days past 5 pm. FOUR pm??? Are you kidding me. Please extend those hours people, so I can use this bank! Eek :(

  I waited there for an hour and 20 minutes just to be told they couldn’t cash my check it had to be converted to a cashiers check which the manager had multiple opportunities to help me with prior to me being there for an hour and 20 minutes, Judy just chose not to. Very poor customer relations. Unfortunately I have to go here from time to time.

  Awful customer service. Sent my wife in to withdraw money to pay for our new carpets tomorrow (I'm at work and can't get away), and they treated her like a fraudulent criminal. Her signatures were "slightly different" which evidently means they can have 4 people hover around you while you desperately try to prove who you are. Way to make a 7 month along pregnant woman bawl from humiliation. Will be switching banks soon.

  I've been sitting here for idk how long trying to call them. Phone has no 'hold' option. My issue doesn't allow me to take care of it online. I have to speak with an actual person. The fact that I can't has put me on hold for what I've needed to do for 3 days!!! This is bogus.

  Horrible place!!! No drive thru. And only 1 teller at all times. Line always out the door. Minimum 15 minute wait always. Wastes your time for lunch break.
