  I called to see if they had a specific car for me to test drive on the lot. They assured me that they did. When I got there they said that the closest of that kind of car was 600 miles away. I thought I would test drive what they had anyway, telling them upfront that I was very disappointed in being told one thing and then finding out that was not the truth. I also told them that I was not interested in buying anything from them that day, especially since I had been drawn in under false pretenses. I test drove 2 cars and then thanked them for their time. They tried to high pressure me into buying something that day. I told them again that I was not interested, that day. They continued and I finally left and never went back. I bought a car from a more honest car dealer.

  Automax Hyundai of Norman Oklahoma is a company I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Started making a deal online then via text. After coming to a trade agreement and final price on a vehicle the price magically started to change. Clint was uninterested in helping us after Kayla made the start of the deal great. Jerry was very short changed, the price numerous times without explanation and then when asked for an explanation he stated “keep your trade, buy mine”. Horrible customer service.

  Warren Barry was extremely helpful in getting me out of an old car and into a new one. The staff is well-mannered, and do their best to go out of their way to ensure you are a satisfied customer. With my last credit problems, they still found a way to help me into a new car without feeling pressured or duped. I will defiantly come here again in the future. I recommend that you should take the drive and check them out.

  Warren, Michael, and eveyone Automax are top notch ! I am not disappointed with my car buying experience. Everything was pretty straightforward and no one tried to sell me anything that was unnecessary. If you are looking to buy a car, this is the place to go !!

  I purchased a used car last month and finally had a chance to let my mechanic look at it. He found the left front strut was falling apart and the wheel bearings were shot. I would never let a place that sells this type of defective car. I will never shop here again and wouldn't let them fix what should have been fixed in the first place. Buyer Beware

  Rude salesman! Drove up to dealership and right away he showed us a truck but the man right away got upset because we wouldn't purchase the Ram. according to him that's the best we're going to do because it had 2k miles but we hated the interior so it was a no go for us. He said he's been dealing with me for to long (we been there before when we were looking to trade but they wouldn't work with us on a deal so came in this time keeping our vehicle & just looking to buy another one without a trade) continued to constantly be rude & said I'm to picky & simply walked off upset that we didn't want that ONE vehicle. Our mistake was that we went back and it came down to that, I don't recommend this place at all. No need for it not everyone knows what they want till they see it & works for them, so unprofessional!

  I bought a 2011 sonata turbo in august, I love it. I have had to visit the service department a couple of times and they are awesome. They are friendly, helpful and answer all my questions. There is also a gentleman "Victor" in sales , always a smile on his face and he cares! Not your average dealership experience. 5 Stars
