  Hey Ruben you lied to my lady.When we went to your office the first time.You told us the papers we were or my lady was signing were for the two double wide trailers on the property.But you lied and added then on the contract.You told us that because they were not on permanent foundations,they couldn't be added on the contract.But we don't know how you did it my lady ended up loseing 6500.$ on the sale of the land.Instead of helping us you did everything possible for the buyers to get it cheapest possible for then.And I called you cause I taught we were friends.But you sure showed me that friends is not one thing we are not.So for anybody wanting for ruben to help you on selling your property don't call him...
