  My wife and I were first time home buyers and overall cannot complain about the overall process. My remarks for constructive feedback, especially for first time home buyers, is that the back office preparation staff over communicate what is going on. They use a software called qualia and we were stuck in "steps 3 of 4 complete" without any idea what that meant. We utilized our realtor to make sure we had no issues. Once we showed up at the settlement table, Ryan was absolutely fantastic and extremely professional. He explained every document, it's purpose, and answered every question as we complete our settlement. I would recommend MBH but I would say they need to increase communication between the time a sales contract is signed and settlement day.

  MBH was exceptional in every respect - everything went smoothly and all of the people were not only easy to work with and professional but more importantly they were all excellent at what they did.   MBH was great. I've bought and sold many houses over the years and never has a sale and purchase gone so smoothly and so quickly. They also were very conscious of COVID restrictions and cleanliness. I high recommend them. Their online portal made everything clear and easy to upload.

  They communicated with my family and I throughout the entire process. They don’t treat you like a number they treat you like family. My wife and I have two kids and we brought them to closing. The closing team recognized that it is hard keeping a little one still so they went through the process quickly and accurately. If we had any questions they had the answers. We had a complication from the sellers team and our team quickly responded and made sure we closed on time. Would recommend to anyone buying a home. One of the most stressful things you’ll do in life is buy a home and they made it seem effortless and gave us the peace of mind we needed. Thank you for everything you have done!
