  Wesley was a great choice because he focuses on the best destination and gets you there. The journey can be bumpy, but that's ancillary to the superior bottom line dollar figures he offers versus competitors. We actually switched loan officers to Wesley after our offer was accepted. Our previous officer said he did not see any way Wesley could achieve a substantially better loan package than him, but Wesley topped it with flying colors. He's a very hard-working, creative, and client-centered financer. Unsurprisingly, that also renders him in high-demand, so he is extremely busy. If you can trust his experience and ambition to straighten things out behind the scenes, then he is your guy.

  Wes Hobbs was wonderful! He gave us spreadsheets with options- unlike every other lending service we got rate quotes from who either just gave us one rate or changed their offer once we noted we had a better rate with Wes. There was no back and forth, he showed us all our options and explained each clearly. His rate was by far the best of the competition. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. We would recommend everyone looking for a loan see Wes!
