  Carrie Gibson was everything we could ask for in a buyer’s agent, knowledgeable, personable, caring, persistent, a good listener, patient, and a great communicator. I am convinced that our move would have been far more stressful and less successful without Carrie’s expertise. Moving at any time is difficult especially when you are in your seventies. Moving during a pandemic is a huge hurdle and Carrie Gibson made our move possible. We bought our home twenty-five months after we first talked to Carrie.

  Carrie was an absolute pleasure to work with!! My wife and I came to Carrie with an extremely specific set of requirements we had in a future home and during today’s market that would make one believe it would be impossible to actually find what we wanted. Being from out of town, Carrie met with my wife on weekends (all day long) and showed nothing but hospitality and true interest in finding us a home!   Carrie was awesome! She was extremely professional, always on time, and made the process SO much easier for us, especially for moving in from out of state. Carrie worked on our schedule even at last minute. She was very familiar with laws and negotiated with the other party to get exactly what we were wanting. Very patient, respectable, and loved getting to know her on a personable level. We would recommend her and Sheila to anyone!

  I accidently met Carrie as she was leaving a home after she had shown it to another perspective buyer. That day, my time was limited. I asked Carrie if she could possibly allow me to see the home. She did, she allowed me to take as much time as I needed. I did not have an agent at that time, but had started my search for a home. After an conversation with Carrie she asked me in detail of what I was wanting and looking for. She listen and delivered. She suggested similar homes and provide me with feedback and professional advice. I knew without a doubt I wanted Carrie as my realtor, representing me. With Carrie’s help, guidance and experience she found my new home. There were many other things Carrie did. She succeed my expectations from providing an excellent mortgage company(Person) to looking in the crawl space and her attention to details.
