  Of all the banks we have worked with, in all the cities we have lived, Fidelity has been by far the best!! Their customer service is outstanding, and they make you feel so welcome. Owning a small business, it is so nice to know our banker by name and have our accounts handled by someone who knows us. We have several account types with Fidelity, and each time we deal with them we are surprised by the attentive care our needs receive. Personally, I will never recommend another bank to anyone.

  The staff here is fantastic! This is my first time even posting a comment but it is well deserved! I even received a beautiful Christmas card for the holidays and all the other banks never sent anything... I thank the staff for such great customer service which made me go public so more people can bank with this company... Happy New Years to all of the staff at Fidelity Bank.😀 Thank you for all you do!

  Fidelity is a great little bank and I can say that they are top notch. Though it is a small bank in terms of number of branches, there is nothing but quality oozing from the people at the Clemmons branch. For that matter, I can say that all the branches I have visited have been nothing but accommodating and friendly. However, the Clemmons branch seems to have the best people in the banking business. There have been times where they have bent over backwards to help me find services that I needed if they couldn't provide the banking service I needed. I love the fact that you get a real, live, breathing human being when you call their bank! I hate the automated switchboards that can't understand simple commands and then connect you to the wrong department. At Fidelity, a real person answers. What a concept!! Rates are competitive. Service is spectacular. People there are great! What more could you ask of your bank? I left one of the Big Banks & Trusts due to poor service and have been thoroughly pleased with the service at Fidelity.

  I have done business with Fidelity Bank in Clemmons for the past 4 almost 5 years. The bankers that I have dealt with have always been amazing, professional and has always greeted me with a smile. This bank does not make you feel like just another customer they treat everyone with respect and never make a customer feel like they are being pushed out the door. Thank you fidelity bank for the years of service.

  You would be crazy to bank elsewhere! I have been with Fidelity since 1999 and they have become family. Always available by phone or in person and they know who you are. You won't get better service or respect anywhere, period! Thanks Fidelity for making my life easier.

  Fidelity is truely a community bank, offering the personalized service of a hometown banker with all the features a small business owner could need. And they actually answer the phone when you call!! That is service that can't be beat.
