  My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the Leaman Team. Amy helped us through the entire process of pre-approval and closing on our house. Being first time home owners we were very new to everything involved in the process and had tons of questions. Amy was always willing to meet in person and went through everything thoroughly to ensure we were comfortable with each step. We both highly recommend!

  My husband and I were moving into a house in San Antonio. We own a home in another city that we keep as a rental property and our financial situation is slightly complicated. The folks at Max Leaman were great. They were proactive, helpful and gave us advice on how to walk through the whole process. Even when we went back and forth on a close date, they were able to roll with us and were prepared regardless. The people there were very friendly and quick to respond to my questions. Amazing that we could do the whole thing without a single face-to-face meeting and there wasn't a hitch anywhere. i would use them again and recommend them to anyone who asked.

  When our first broker who was recommended to us fell through we did a quick google search and found Max. Max and his team were amazing and were able to answer all my dumb 1st time home buyer questions quickly and take away all of my concerns. We were able to do a 20 day close from a different state and it was honestly one of the easiest things I have ever done. I would recommend anyone even thinking about purchasing a home to give Max a call.

  Max & his team helped us with purchasing an investment property in 2015 and with purchasing our new home in Oct 2017. Both times, the rates were great and the service was outstanding. We wanted to close quickly in order to get reno started, and they were able to get everything together crazy fast. They are professional, organized, and always available to answer questions. We will definitely use them again for future purchases.

  Very happy with Leaman Mortgage! Amanda Stewart was our broker, and she has been and continues to be a valuable source of information. There were moments where I was concerned that I was bombarding her with questions, but she remained patient and has always given excellent responses that have left me feeling much more informed about the home-loan process.   My experience with Max Leaman Austin Mortgage was quite pleasent and quick. I've tried before to refinance my house in Leander TX and ran into several bad mortgage companies and a slew of bad advice. With the Max Leaman group I was able to refinance my house in a short amount of time with the help of a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Big kudos to their Senior Loan Officer, Jori Stern.

  I can't recommend the Leaman Team - PrimeLending enough! I worked with Amanda Stewart when buying my first home and she was a delight to work with during the entire process, which actually got somewhat complex because in the middle of it, I decided I wanted to try and work some renovations/repairs into the mortgage. Even with the switch up in loan products, we still made the original closing date! PrimeLending, specifically the Leaman Team, is comprised of professionals who know what they're doing. I will definitely use them again!

  I first worked with Max about a year ago when he came highly recommended by our outstanding real estate agent, Arlene Maze. Max and his team proved to be not only consummate professionals, but Max is also a joy to work with and brings good humor to what might otherwise be dreary business. He offered extensive knowledge of financing a home, was very personable and pleasant to work with, was fast and efficient in processing the loan for a quick closing, and his fees were very reasonable if not low. What more could you ask for? Based on this excellent experience, Max was an obvious choice when we signed a contract on a condominium last fall, with our son as a co-owner. Because our son had low income, and the seller was an investment group that had foreclosed on the property and had just converted it from a duplex to condos, this deal was considerably more complicated than usual. Despite numerous difficulties, Max came through with flying colors. First he lined up financing that had been difficult to obtain due to our son’s credit status, and then he went to bat for us with the lender and got us a lower interest rate than competitors could provide. Then he waded through multiple hassles with the seller and their marginally competent closing agent, and still brought the deal in on time, all at a bargain price. If I ever buy another piece of property, I will certainly be calling Max Leaman for the financing.

  Where do I start?! We were moving from California (as so many are these days!) and had no networks to work with for lenders.. we reached out to 3 different companies and got 3 different quotes. Amanda at the Leaman Team not only got back to us the quickest BUT she also had the best offer!! In short, not only was The Leaman Team the most prompt and responsive, they had the best rates as well.   Jori and her team were awesome. I chose them because they delivered the best customer service. They were quick to respond to my questions and help me find the best rate and terms for me. I've worked with a few brokers/banks in the past they are in a class of their own. A friend of mine had recommended them to me and would easily recommend them to any of my friends and family.
