      Since this was my first time at Matthew -Hargreaves Chevrolet, I had no idea about their quality of service. I only went there for an oil change, a multi-point inspection, and was going to ask if I could pay them to also wash my vehicle. Not only did they change my oil and perform a multi-point inspection, but they rotated my tires, topped off my fluids, AND gave me the car wash that I was willing to pay extra for! Not only that, but my service advisor, Holly Sinta, was a pleasure to work with. I found her to be very helpful and honest throughout the service process. Matthew -Hargreaves is my go-to dealership from now on! 😊

      Holly is the best service rep I have had. Check -in was fast and efficient, my vehicle was was ready quickly with a wash and a vacuum included. I will return to Matthew Hargreaves for my next maintenance and I will be return to see my sales person Erik for my next vehicle. Matthew Hargreaves is a world class dealer for sure, doing the right things right. Kudos to you Matthew Hargraves.

      I am a first time car owner as an adult with a mild disability. I admit that I for a little bit was not understanding about the parts shortage and was devastated that my car shut down after having it for three days and that it was in the shop at this dealership for weeks. Scott in service was excellent. He kept me updated on my parts coming in and was very understanding of my disability

      Had my oil changed with an appointment. Did a great job. Also shuttle service was convenient. Driver was very nice and plesent to talk to. To bad they didn't have coupons offers for services on vehicles.

      Staff was very professional and courteous. My needs met and make me feel comfortable. I was there less than 1 hrs versus the actual time frame. I’ll definitely see them again when I need service in my car again.

      In mid January, my Blazer experienced transmission issue so I called to find out service hours. I was able to get in at 7:00am and worked with Eric. He was friendly and made the process easy. Later in the day, I was called about a rental car that was ready so I picked it up - once again, it was an easy process and the gentleman was friendly even though it was the end of his work day. We were not sure how long it would take for them to get the parts or completely replace the transmission. Less than a week later, I got a call from Eric telling me that my Blazer was done and ready for pick up. Returning the rental was a breeze and the pick up process is easy. My Blazer has experienced zero issues since the repair! Highly recommend Matthews-Hargreaves Chevrolet for your Chevy needs!

      They are a complete SCAAAMMM!! They charged me $619 for just to check why my engine light is on, and to check why one ofthe headlights were gone and an oil change. Like freakiinnng $619 for that? They didn’t even fix my didn’t even fix the headlight. This is a complete rip off. No work have been done except the oil change, and $619 for that? I couldn’t believe my eyes. Atleast they could have changed the headlight bulb. Never ever going there or letting any of my friends or family go. I could have got these done in a local shop for $100. I lost my words now. I hope, these scammers get a life soon.

      Dealership now has blamed customer, you took vehicle off the lot took it home and shot a bullet in the radiator, the fan, and the AC, canister... REALLY MATTHEW HARGREAVES and this from the General Manager. The last vehicle before this, they had over 4K in repairs to make, guess we brought that one home and punch holes in all the oil lines, this vehicle was taken off the lot with not only 1 oil leak, but 2 oil leaks. They had the good opened at least 3 times missed both leaks. I had it checked out with another Technician, in less than 30 seconds he spotted both leaks...WOW 😳 2015 Jeep purchased, no working AC, they completely complained but made repair, they found a bullet hole in old part, but said that's just what we call it, I paid out of pocket about $400 to get second opinion, true enough it was a bullet hole which damage the radiator and the fan, car started over heating . I wonder why they did not fix that the first time seeing those are major parts of the cooling system. Guess where vehicle is at today, back at the dealership, after getting a ear full from my insurance and the adjuster they might now have their be act together. This place is the worst be and they need a class in customer service. If they would have just fixed it right and completely the first time instead of putting a non adhesive bandage on the problem. I am out of $400.00 due to MATTHEW HARGREAVES...
