  Ive had Auto and Home insurance with David Arce's office for the last 3 yrs and have always received excellent customer service. Matthew Gunn has been my agent and is always easy to contact and is able to answer my questions quickly.   David Arce agency is by far the BEST StateFarm office I’ve been a part of and I’ve been with StateFarm for over 10 years. He have a wonderful staff that is very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve worked with Tomica and I couldn’t have asked for better. She was very nice and patient with me. I asked many questions and she made sure they were all answered. She pointed out different ways I can improve my policy and save money and she followed up with me when she said she would. Mr. Arce, make sure you keep Tomica around. She’s definitely good for business!!!!!

  Switched over all Business and Personal insurance to StateFarm this year and could not be happier! They handled our very specific insurance needs as Small Business owners and were able to bring down every premium from our previous provider. When my car was backed into while parked about a month later, my agent Matt Gunn referred me to an amazing local body shop they work with, Dotten Collision, and I had my Jeep back and better than new in days! Very thankful for my agent and StateFarm - would recommend!

  I have had them for three years. My bill has lowered since i started and they always work with me if I'm having difficulties. I have gone through progressive and other companies before and i have never been as happy as I am with statefarm. This location tho is prob One of the best. I live in Washington twp and go through them because they show they care about their clients. And they are always so polite! Thank you guys for three years of wonderful service!
