  Judy Burnham is my go to person. I am a first time buyer and she is always very responsive to my needs. Even though we have not found the house that is right for me, she keeps me updated on all the listings. She is very honest and always returns my calls.   Zero Stars if I could. Terrible communication, Judy Burnham - Just terrible Realtor, kept lying, ignoring calls, texts and then calling me back days later as if “ I just missed your call”, no... plus she lied multiple times... Do Not Recommend at All!!

  We are sorry you feel this way Ms. Lamos. Calls were returned when messages were left. The only time calls were not answered is when there was a meeting involved and the phone could not be answered. Texts were responded to promptly as well. We feel there is some confusion Ms. Lamos on understanding the process of purchasing a home when multiple offers are made. The seller determines who has the best offer for them and makes the decision on who receives the accepted offer, not the Realtor.

  Sent several emails with no response, called got some info. Made offer and then was informed it was attached to another sale but that was not made evident on the website nor when given info on the phone.
