  Very disappointed with the representative that provided incorrect information. I was trying to open a checking account for my 12 years old son. I was lied to. The rep stated he was to young. I aked her was she sure because I was told different previously. She stated that she's been working for Vystar 16 years and she would know if that had changed or not. Well apparently she did not get the email/update? I believe she just didn't want to be bothered with it. I called the customer service line and was told he could open a checking account. I had to wait a whole week later due to my work schedule. I went to the Fleming Island location, where people enjoy doing their job. Walked out with my son's checking account opened.

  In all honesty I'm not a person to place bad reviews somewhere but i just had to considering how bad the service they provide here is ,there will be absolutely no one in vystar and they still wont manage to answer there phone I've called every day for the past 2 weeks and absolutely nothing so i had to walk in and it was empty lol ,ive been told wrong information several times and with a bank that should not happen .

  I want to say I was in the Green Cove Springs Florida branch and was helped by specialist by the name of June Fairley. He was very helpful and took the time to listen to everything I needed help with and was very patient. His knowledge for his job made me feel relieved knowing that I was able to get all my banking needs met. He is definitely an asset to yoour company.

  Valarie Wright/ Queen V of banking is AWESOME!!! She is quick and efficient, knows how to get the job done! She got me approved for my loan in record time! I definitely appreciate the hard work she puts in. She makes the experience super chill and personable! Cool chick 😎

  June Fairly provided me with a new debit card that I was able to receive at my in bank visit. It was necessary for me to have the new renew date because we will be out of Florida at the time a new card would have arrived in the mail. June was also very pleasant and a knowledgeable problem solver. Thanks VyStar!

  Met with June Fairley today getting my 18 year old a secure credit card to establish some credit for her. June was EXTREMELY professional, informative and knowledgeable about the various services and products with Vystar. My husband and I have been going to this branch for 4 years and we are always treated well and respected. Respect is very important to me and my family. I would recommend this branch to family and friends.

  I have been a VyStar customer for a few years and they have an excellent service at the Green Cove Springs branch, but today I would like to praise the very special service that I always get from Adrianne; she is extremely helpful and professional and goes the extra mile to provide the best customer experience. I consider her a very valuable asset to the Credit Union.
