  Steve is GREAT!!!. He will make your dreams of becoming a homeowner a reality. I had the best experiance ever. He and his team worked hard from the begining to the end. I had a preapproval loan elsewhere but after months and months it was leading nowhere. I was frustrated and tried and almost to the point of giving up.   Steve and his team were amazing to work with. Even though my credit is excellent and my income good, a past Divorce and Foreclosure made things a challenge and the Team at Prime was on my side and worked with me to hammer everything out in record time, once the FHA approved me! They always picked up the phone or called me back quickly Even in the early evenings!

  Steve and his team, which includes Denise and Nikki are excellent! They made it possible for me to own an home at a monthly cost lower that the rent at my former apartment. The best thing about them is that they treat you like a human being. They are positive and kind, they go out of their way to make sure that your dream of owning a house comes true. And once that is accomplished, they are genuinely happy for you!

  Our initial lender dropped the ball on scheduling and had our closing pushed back 3 weeks. My realtor recommended Steve and I'm glad she did! Steve and his team went straight to work and were amazing! Less than 9 days (yup 9 days!) from start to closing! I highly recommend them!
