  I received quotes from so many major mortgage companies and Carolina Mortgage Authority gave me the absolute best quote with very minimal closing costs. Dale was friendly, knowledgeable and I just felt like I was taken care of from the moment I spoke with him. First time home buying is no easy fete and I just felt like all the stress and weight of finding a good mortgage company was lifted when I worked with Dale and Cindy. They are nothing short of wonderful. The communication was open and easy with them, they were able to approve my loan in less than 30 days and they were quick to answer my many questions along the way. I would recommend them to any and everyone. It's just so nice to go into a loan with absolutely no surprises and hidden fees.   Carolina Mortgage Authority is the only Mortgage Professionals that we can honestly say that we fully trust. We’re loyal customers of theirs and refer all of our friends and family to them for a reason. It takes a lot to meet our expectations on every single level, but somehow Carolina Mortgage Authority has managed to exceed them every time. They go above and beyond by way of it all. For starters, if a customer can get a better deal elsewhere they’re happy for them. However, as it turns out, they’re extremely competitive and they do everything in their power to please their customers and earn their business by making it mutually beneficial to the point that as a customer, you’ll be left scratching your head trying to figure out if they’re guardian angels pulling financial strings or just really outstanding at what they do! Another impressive thing is that they stand up for their customers. Out of all the professionals we dealt with during our move and our prior closings, Carolina Mortgage Authority was by far our strongest advocate. We experienced this with them stepping in to help back us regarding setting our closing date of choice with our builder, as well as their staying on top of our Attorney’s and Insurance Agent’s side of the paperwork, along with words of wisdom & professional guidance to us along the way. No doubt we will continue to recommend them as our family and friends have also agreed that they are the best of the best. Last but not least, we especially love the personal attention that they give to each customer. They deserve gold stars and to walk a red carpet for their trophies.

  I moved to NC from NJ and wasn't familiar with any mortgage companies. I am so glad I found Carolina Mortgage! They gave me the best rate (& I shopped around quite a bit) and Dale and Cindy are the best people to work with. They are both very knowledgeable, personable and responsive. Even my realtor told me she had never dealt with a mortgage company that responded so quickly! Dale educated me on their mortgage process and Cindy made sure I had all the proper documents completed on time. I emailed Dale recently because I was doing my taxes and needed clarification on what was paid and he took the time to explain all the details. I highly recommend using this company. I will be using them on my next house purchase!

  Best experience I've had with a refinance of my home of 30 years! And, I've had several! Vonda especially, but all the folks at Carolina Mortgage were wonderful to work with and I couldn't recommend them any higher. You'll find they work with all the modern methods that allow them to move quickly on rates and closings, but also have a human touch that pushes them way out in front of the rest. Not only that, but they keep tabs on you and let you know if you have an opportunity to improve your situation even further. It's like having your own personal agent! Thanks!

  I had a co-worker refer me to Carolina Mortgage Authority and I am so glad he did. After getting sucked into Rocket Mortgage upon my initial search to refinance my house, I was pleasantly surprised with the personal attention and guidance through this process. Needless to say I was very green when it came to refinancing. Dale and Cindy helped me every step of the way and educated me as well about the entire process. I was very pleased with my new mortgage rate and how quickly we were able to close on our refinance. I would recommend Carolina Mortgage Authority and would use them again in the future.

  I highly recommend Carolina Mortgage Authority and have been doing business with them for about 15 years. I have done a few purchases and several refinances and they have been great every time but this last time was the best of all. After having to start over in the work force after being a stay at home mom for over ten years and only having less than a year of current work history, I was denied by a half a dozen financial institutes. Then I called Dale at Carolina Mortgage and he said "no problem, we can do a loan for you". Thanks to them and their willingness to go above and beyond to find a solution to my situation, me and my boys have a home to call our own. Thanks Dale and Cindy for all you have done for me for all these years!! You are the best!!! Not only are you great to work with, you are always professional and honest.

  This is the third time I have used Carolina Mortgage - 2 house purchases and a refinance. Dale and Cindy are easy to work with and really look out for the customer. They got me the best rates and were honest with prospects based on the changing market. They answer questions very quickly and with little judgement (being new to buying a house can be intimidating but they were super helpful). I recommend them to anyone who asks for help!

  Dale and Cindy were recommended by a friend. I've worked with great mortgage brokers before but Dale and Cindy are the best. Cindy stays on top of all the documentation. She is very prompt in answering questions. She timed our closing so we could skip an additional payment. Apart from getting the work done well, it was nice to work with pleasant people. They came up with the best quote without playing comparison games. I would go back to them for my next transaction and would gladly recommend them with a gold star!

  I have had 2 great experiences with Carolina Mortgage Authority doing home refinances and highly recommend them. For both of them they found excellent and competitive loan packages all while delivering spectacular customer service. I don't know much about the housing markets but they answered all of my numerous questions quickly, many times responding on the weekends. Both were very smooth transactions.
