Not sure why the location is rated so low. I have always had courteous & prompt service. I was there today & I got excellent service.

I’ve banked here awhile which at this point I shouldn’t be surprised but I’m always struggling with the ATMs. This last Time when I went to deposit money the whole thing froze on me. Basically taking my cash and not registering it into my account. When I went in to talk to a teller about it they told me they have been problems with that ATM. But yet there was no sign on it saying that and after I reported the issue they still continued to let customers use that ATM that was clearly taking peoples money and not putting it into their account I’m not one to leave bad reviews or really leave reviews at all but this left such a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve had to file a claim with Bank of America… Which they were really generous to me on the phone but I’m praying that I get the money back into my account. It’s incredibly inconvenient to deposit money into your account and then it just disappear and you’re left stranded and no one can help you. I get that they may not have been able to do anything about it on the spot but I definitely think it could’ve been prevented if they knew they were having problems with it in the first place and prevent it for future customers by taking it out of use until they reconciled the problem. This is more than likely been the last straw for me and I’m going to be looking into switching banks.

I heard not just BOA almost all so called top 10 banks in US are focusing on Digital and how to save money instead of focusing on their customers need- what a shame!

Bad experience... BoA - that`s how you lose customers! The teller is not capable of doing basic transactions. I better off doing everything online.

How does a bank operate without a teller? For two weeks this bank hasn't had a teller on staff to handle deposits!! There are four loan officers on duty ready and waiting though? This place is ridiculous. "Welcome to Bank of America, how may we help you? Oh, you need to make a deposit? Sorry we don't do that."

      Response from the owner

I have to say, probably the best experience I’ve had at a bank, period! I was asked if I would like to open an account when cashing my check , like you typically hear when doing that but this was different. I did not feel like another number when walking into the bank. I was HELPED!!! I was explained the benefits of Bank of America and why it would be in my best interest to have an account. Sense opening my new account I have been treated like a person every time and have Heard how can I help you before I even get to the counter. Highly recommended! I’m a hard sell

Let me start off by saying I NEVER LEAVE REVIVES! The wait to get to a teller at the bank is absolutely ridicules! Time and time again there is only 1 person working with a line out the door! They act like hey don’t understand a word you say! I’ve never been to a bank with such horrible customer service and wait times! If it weren’t for the fact that my company uses this bank I’d never step foot in here again!

      Response from the owner

Hello Katelyn. We appreciate that you took the time to tell us this, even though you were disappointed with our teller service today. Absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with. First they close 75 percent of their branches and blame it on "Covid". Then when we switch banks, they refuse to close our accounts so they incur monthly fees. Andrew, is completely useless, now when I call the branch he wont even answer his phone if he see my number pop up so I have to dial from a private number. Thats why I am filing a complaint with the OCC. These business practices are completely unacceptable.

This Bank of America location is ridiculous. I’ve been banking here for 13 years with my business and the last few years they’ve gone to one cashier most of the day. Lines are usually 30 to 45 minutes long. When there’s five people sitting in the office joking around when you walked by and they have the audacity to ask you how your day is going. I’ve dealt with this however this is the last straw now they have a big red sign on their drive-through stating June 10 they will no longer have a drive-through so you must come into the bank for every transaction. Where is all the money going for payroll in this company stay away. I literally get aggravated and in a bad mood just when I know I have to go there.
