  I have to give the biggest shout out to salesman Guy Higgins. His motivation and dedication to the sale was phenomenal. He worked super hard to get my son in the truck he wanted. Even when we just couldn't make the numbers work, he was like a magician pulling a rabbit from the hat!!! This guy is top notch and I would definitely recommend that anybody that is looking for a vehicle to go see him!! He will go above and beyond to make you happy. Guy Miggins you are a top notch dude, thank you

  The service was lengthy, I went in for a oil change and tire rotation with a scheduled appointment. They did a recall service also which I was told would take 30 extra minutes. 2 and 1/2 hours later they told me my vehicle was ready. The previous time I came in and it took 3 hours on a weekday with an appointment to get out of there with just an oil change and tire rotation. I complained about the previous visit when I made the 2nd appointment and they assured me it would not take as long this time. The service writer in each case appeared to do theit job but the service department seems to be either slow or inexperienced . At any rate I have purchased the 4 oil change special and have 2 remaining. Seemed to be a good deal at the time but things are going to have to pick up a lot before I purchase any more service package's at this dealership. After this visit I smelled burnt oil when I got home indicating that they spilled oil on my engine when adding the oil. When I raised the hood and inspected it that was the case. So much for the dealership being better than the quick change places. Enough said

  One of the best experiences I have had buying a car from start to finish. Second vehicle I have bought from Capital CJD. Salesman Patrick Derleth was very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Definitely recommend you ask for Patrick when you go by.

  This is probably the worst auto dealer I have ever had the misfortune of trying to do business with. I purchased an oil change package from them, but traded cars (elsewhere) and bought another Dodge product which requires the exact oil change I had purchased. They refused to honor the two remaining oil changes I had paid for. They ripped me off and I will never do business with these crooks again!

  I do understand your frustration, but the pre-paid oil change packages are a FCA product that is linked to the VIN number and FCA doesn't not allow us to transfer them. While we have no control over that, you can reach FCA Customer Service at 1 (800) 334-9200 , have the VIN off your old vehicle and see if they will can help you with the situation.

  I had my car serviced here this week and Joe took care of me. He is one of the most professional service agents/managers I have encountered ever! He went above and beyond to make sure everything I mentioned to him waa addressed, he under promised and over delivered. I’ve been looking for a place to call home for my Dodge service and as long as Joe works with you all, I have found it.

  Had a recall on my Jeep Grand Cherokee I didn’t know about until they let me know. The service was good! Dropped my Jeep off and it was ready the next day. The salesman in the lot seemed disappointed when I was there to pick up my Jeep and not to buy one (even though I already have a Grand Cherokee and Wrangler). The service staff was polite and very detailed.

  I am 110% satisfied with the job done at Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Garner. Initially I was l little concerned about the work that needed to be done. They have exceeded all my expectations. I had a full engine replacement and a couple of other upgrades. Chad and the whole service department should be commended for their quality work.   I purchased my 2021 Grand Jeep Cherokee Loredo X Excellent customer service !!!! Ja’May was my sales woman. She was informative, attentive, communicative, pleasant and helpful!
