  This review is not for the homes themselves, but the unsightly state the roadside was left in after the Avea Pointe community was built. While the front of the division was manicured to perfection and kept up over the past two years, the huge ditch they dug in the roadside has been left with construction debris and toxic mud since the building project commenced. I look at it every day, twice a day, with disgust, and I'm sure prospective and current homeowners don't love it either. There are pieces of construction trash, leftover materials, discarded pipes and branches, as well as the remains of the poor animals that perished on the spot due to the chemical quicksand. Please, as a neighbor of this community, all I ask is that someone from Mattamy deploy someone to clean or drag this huge eyesore of a ditch that lies in front of the community. It's only fair and respectful to the surrounding communities and homeowners. THANK YOU.

  Johan is an excellet construction manager and helps keep contractors on the ball with great followup on workmanship. You dont find good people like him everyday!! Just moved here from Phoenix and getting used to humidity but feeling great about the community and neighbors Ive met!

  Mattamy was an answered prayer! We are almost to the end of the process of having our townhome built and we are so happy with the responsiveness of everyone involved. Good quality home building and customer service! What else can you ask for? Thank you Mattamy! Lisa has been outstanding in this whole process that girl is ON IT! So happy she was assigned to help us and blessed she is just THAT great at what she does.

  Nice area; Lutz is a rural but suburban outskirts of Tampa! Location location location...lovely luxurious townhome living! It nice meeting with you David and the tour was exceptional and informative! Thanks...stay safe!!

  Horrible! Bought a townhouse one last year. No way to reach them to have them complete outstanding items, factory damaged cabinet drawer etc... After the closing they do nothing but ignore you. Never picking up the phone or call back! Zero customer service! Never again!

  Great community. Well organized , great school district. Awesome pool. Really spacious floorplans and centrally located.
