  Matt and his team did a great job handling 3 of our mortgage transactions (1 house purchase, 2 refinances) over the past 3 years. For our purchase we had a 30 day close and shopped our loan around and Matt not only got us the best rate, but helped us move smoothly through the quick process. Their emails and phone calls were clear and informational- we always felt in the loop. I have already recommended their services to my sister and other friends!   Matt Roder knows his stuff! I did my original home finance and two (2) subsequent refinances through his team, and they were always prompt in responding to my inquiries and were very knowledgeable about the entire process.
