Chase Bank Reviews

Alex Cummins1This Bank is absolutely the least professional Bank I have ever encountered. I've been waiting for an inheritance since October and they have failed to contact ne at all. Finally, after contacting them yesterday, they cannot transfer the money but want to send a check. Considering this is not the 1980s, I requested a wire transfer. My Father entrusted this bank with something very important to his legacy. Dont make the same mistake. I personally wouldn't entrust them with anything considering they are unable to use a phone, fax, email or apparently any device with buttons. You'd be better off trusting "Fingerless" Larry the loan shark.

T. Grant1My one-star review is directed at Chase corporate, not this specific branch. When attempting to call my local branch with a question that only they could answer (regarding their current availability of a foreign currency) I was routed to a centralized customer service number, and then told that it is not possible to call a local branch directly. The rep suggested that I download their app, then request a meeting, and when someone called me back to schedule the meeting, I could then ask my question.

gabe cerda1Why start opening the store at 9 AM most people start work at 9 AM or earlier should be at least open at 8 AM so people could knock out a little bit of stuff before work

2Fit Sis1I encountered the most rude banker this evening. She had an attitude when she approached me. I will make a point to avoid this branch in the future. Horrible customer service.

ray O1Terrible customer service. No concern for the customers needs whatsoever. No management in place. All of the employees just do what they want with no one to answer to. I would stay away.
