  Matt handled the financing when we purchased our house in 2010 and has refinanced our mortgage three times. Every time he has found a very good rate. I have never worked with a professional who is more responsive. His team does everything possible to minimizing the paperwork like preparing the application after you provide the information. In my most recent experience, we closed within three weeks from my acceptance of his offer - even though I am on the East Coast.

  We used Matt and his team for our first home loan in Tucson. The process went smoothly and easily. For our next purchase we were moving to Northern Arizona. It was recommended that we use a local lender to improve offer acceptance. We tried, but immediately switched back to Matt. Matt and his team are honest, prompt, diligent and professional.
