  Matt was extremely helpful in the entire process of getting our loan approved and what loan we wanted to get. He ran all the numbers for us which made our job super easy we just went with what worked best for us and I haven’t come across anyone who has helped us the way Matt has. He was always available for us and we were able to contact him with all our urgent questions and got a response in a timely manner.   Matthew was the kindest and most diligent loan officer that we have ever worked with. Matt explained what he was trying to do for us in layman terms. He always had time! Never was it too late in the day or a day that he wasn't available for questions should we have one or a few. We didn't take advantage of his willingness to work late hours, but we really appreciated him being there for us. My best friend and her husband are in the process of purchasing their new home at the same time, same builders, and with the same mortgage company. They were having a terrible experience with their loan officer. I called Matt and asked him to please talk with my best friend. Matt was absolutely the most professional person listening to her concerns and offering his apology yet being totally supportive of his colleague. I wish I could say Matt was able to become my bestie's loan officer, but we all know that would have been an awkward situation for Matt and his colleague. My point people?   Thank you Matt for re-financing our home at a lower interest. When I heard interest rates were lowering I called him. When we bought our place he handled the original purchase. I felt Trustworthy and comfortable with him. He always kept us updated in a timely manner.
