Alisa Audet5Hal and Mackenzie did an exceptional job assisting my husband and I in the lease of a 2016 Hybrid Camry. They showed compassion, understanding, and listened while I asked them many questions, asked for safety information, price comparisons between 5 different Toyota's. We chose the 2016 Hybrid Camry which has a 5 star safety rating and 10 air bags. It is a sharp looking car, roomy, comfortable and I'm loving that it comes in a hybrid. I owned a 2014 Prius and was unfortunately rear ended and my car was totaled. A lot of fear now accompanies me in being inside a vehicle. Hal and Mackenzie were great listeners, showed genuine compassion in my situation and were on board to help my husband and I obtain a vehicle I am working on feeling safe inside. I am not able to drive yet but once I am medically stable and emotionally ready to drive I am looking forward to the baby steps toward driving one day and knowing I will be in a very safe vehicle. My husband loves the way the car drives, it is quiet, smooth and comfortable. Even with my limited ability to sit for very long I can tell it's going to be a great car. Don't drive distracted it's not worth it. It can really cause someone else a lot of pain, cause them to miss out on life, hurt their income. Pull over to a safe place if you must read a text or write a text back. Don't make or take calls while driving unless you have the blue tooth system. The water bottle that falls on the floor, leave it there until you pull over. Save putting on makeup until you arrive at your destination. Keep yourself and the drivers around you safe by limiting distractions. Be safe on the road!

Erica Hammel5Cannot say enough great things about our experience at Matick last night (and today). Went with my 65 year old Dad because he wanted to lease a new Toyota (I am taking over his older Camry). Alex Michling immediately greeted us and took such great care of my Dad. My Dad said it was the best-most-non-pressure experience he’s ever had at a dealership. Then picking up his brand new Rav 4 this morning, Alex spent time with my Dad going over all the technology in the vehicle and setting up his phone-Bluetooth. Which was nice so I didn’t have to lol. And just a shout out to the family friendly atmosphere. We had my special needs son with us and he loved your kids play room. Also shout out to Hal for getting my boy a little Matick dog stuffed animal while we were waiting. He loved it! Being a working single mom and scheduling an oil change can be tricky. Now I know I can easily schedule an oil change without having to find a sitter because of the awesome playroom to keep him occupied! Would highly recommend Matick and especially Alex to anyone looking to buy a used or new vehicle!

Al-Murtada Osman1They told me my brakes were in the green. Within a few weeks, one of my brake pads fell out because the brakes were so worn out. I don’t even drive a lot, so that tells me they either didn’t check the brakes, or they lied about my brakes being good. Never coming back here again.

If your brake pads had shown wear, it would be in your interest (and our interest) to make sure you knew that to be able for us to offer you new ones. In your case, it is very possible that one of the pads got stuck in the slides and could have worn the pad out within a few days, or a caliper could have froze and done the same thing. Recognize, we can't identify what happened but would be glad to offer you a return visit to give you a free brake inspection. Again, we can't emphasize enough that the safety of our customers and their vehicles is priority one. Brakes included.

We went to Ford, Subaru, Kia and Mazda looking for the best deal possible. Finally we were helped by Steve Shikwana at Matick Toyota. Not only was Steve able to find us a beautiful car with amazing technology and safety features that we didn't even know existed, he listened to what our needs were and he put a lot of effort into getting us the best deal possible. The best part of all is that we got a car we love for a great price. I highly recommend you to check them out before going anywhere else.

Kevin Palmateer4Overall I am very satisfied especially with my salesperson Hal (5 Stars). As a previous Prius owner I noticed and overlooked a resonance sound at test drive that turned out to be a wheel bearing less then a month later. Car was sold As Is and as a Transportation Special. The vehicle to date has been an good overall bargain.

George Becker1Body Shop: I'm giving Matick 1 star because of the body shop. I needed some really minor work done on the front of my Prius. Went in for the guy to take a look at it and give me quote. Waited and waited for the quote and nothing. If they don't want the business I'm not going to force it on them. Terrible way to treat paying customers. Service Center: As far as the service center goes. I have no real complaints. Good service, friendly staff. Meets my expectations of a car dealer.
