Lisa Trombley2Usually love this place. But today three people working in cubes and I'm left waiting. They are more artful than waitresses in avoiding eye contact.

Carl St1In all my years of getting mortgages and loans this was the worst experience I ever had. Good thing I was not in a hurry. From 1st week of June till finally late Nov it took to close a refinance. Only reason I waited was the appraisal I already paid for. This was not a hard loan to do. Will never use or recommend them again

p will5I been doing business here over 10 years and have never had an unpleasant experience. The staff is so proud to give great service and more importantly, they are well-trained and professional. They offer financial counseling which is very helpful. The manager is extremely helpful, and I've noticed a very low turnover rate, which is evidence that this is a great place to work.

Bane1This entire credit union lacks the responsibility and ability to fully educate clientele and members on their loan information. Not only that, but they do NOT have a reasonable solution for individuals experiencing financial hardship, and/or job loss. This establishment actually CHARGES you in the event that you need to push-back or skip a payment relating to financial issues. All in all, me and my family regret utilizing this credit union for any car and personal loans based strictly on their lack of modern-day solutions and efficiency to explain any important elements regarding our situations. To top it all off, their mobile and online banking is outdated and constantly crashes.

Lena&Liyah Robinson1If I can give a 0 I would. I called today to talk to a mortgage officer. I told him I have my credit report and was he able to look over it to see if there is anything he see they may prevent me from getting a mortgage before Pre approval. He right away sound like he didn’t want to assist me much. Asked what’s my credit score (understandable), he asked how much money do I have saved (I said my amount) he said immediately that I need 10,000 at least before even stepping into thinking of a mortgage. I definitely understand I may not have $10,000 but he didn’t even ask was I able to save up soon towards that amount or even looking over my credit to see if I may be eligible for a program or even help advise me on what I should work on to be eligible for a mortgage. It’s like he shut me down with the 3 questions. What’s the point of a financial institution if I can’t depend on my bank financial advisor and mortgage officer to help me work towards my financial goals.

J Bishop1Without question the WORST financial institution I have ever dealt with! They have zero consideration for their members. They never return calls or answer questions either. All they are concerned about is getting money from you. Find anywhere else to bank but here.
