  Just finished up our cash-out refi, and I’m happy to say it went super smooth. It was our 2nd time working with Damon George, and just like the first, he was with us every step of the way. We put our trust in him to make the right decisions when it came to rates and lock dates, and it worked out perfectly. He was always available via phone call or text, and quick with a response to our questions and/or concerns. Super glad I didn’t go with an online mortgage company, as I’m positive I wouldn’t have received the same personal experience.   I have gone through the home-buying process a few time, and - by far - my experience with Drew and the OnQ team was the best I’ve ever experienced. Drew has a natural gift with people and did a phenomenal job communicating and facilitating the process, as well as listening to my ideas and being extremely responsive to every question I had.
