  My wife and I recently bought our first home together. Initially we knew absolutely nothing about the process, but Marybeth Dunn made the process as clear, simple, and digestible as possible. Not only did she save us a ton of money through the Homes For Heroes Program, but she took the time to always make sure we were comfortable and knowledgeable about each step of the process. I would feel remiss if I did not also mention how incredibly timely and thorough in her communication and submission of documents she is. She even got us this amazing rug, among other housewarming gifts, and a very generous check in the mail!   Thanks to Marybeth with Pioneer Mortgage Funding, our home buying experience was the best. She was very knowledgeable with the VA Home Loan program and walked us through every step of the process. She was very detailed in her emails to us when she needed information and because of her and our realtor, we went from contract to close in 30 days. I would recommend her to anyone.
