  If you choose someone else you went to the wrong place. The best of the best! This company went above and beyond. 9 days before closing we had to change lenders. Hours before closing we had to change numbers. They made this trying experience the best by saying don’t worry we got this we can do anything you need anytime. Zac and the whole team deserve it all. Baxter is faster, Baxter is better, Baxter is the master!!!

  I have dealt with John Ricker at Baxter Title who he has been nothing but professional and very helpful with getting my title reports completed before my loan closings. I have used John at Baxter title multiple times with my clients for their title policies and they have done outstanding job.
