  Maryann was absolutely amazing to work with! She is quick to respond and a great listener. She is extremely knowledgeable and I learned SO much all of the years we have worked with her. She helped us purchase our first home and then our second and then even helped connect us to the right people when we were moving out of state. I recommend her to anyone who tells me they are looking to buy a house!!!

  Maryann was so helpful with a clients needs. I work in the Insurance Industry and we were needing a payment to go out and could not get anyone to speak too. So I remember when this client closed on their home Ms. Maryann was a contact and even though this was not her department she went OVER AND BEYOND with the small time frame we had to help get this clients insurance paid and I do not know what I would have done without her help. She is so Awesome and you don't find alot of people that have such a caring heart like hers. Thank you again MaryAnn you were such a pleasure to work with.

  When I learned my loan was being sold to an out of state company, I was not happy. However, after speaking with Maryann Howard, I feel much better. I no longer feel as if I am dealing with my mortgage company on an impersonal level. I initially chose her from the list of loan consultants because she had a very open face. When I spoke with her she alleviated all of qualms about dealing with an out of state company and I am looking forward to dealing with her in the future.

  Maryann Howard is the absolute BEST mortgage broker in Dallas. She moves mountains and performs what other brokers will tell you is impossible. She has been my broker on two separate home purchases. And in both cases, others told me no way would I get financing. With the first one, we discovered someone had filed fraudulent tax returns under my husband's name on the eve before closing. Not only did we still close on the house, Maryann came to the hospital and personally delivered documents for me to sign right after I delivered my daughter. I am a lawyer with K-1 income, a divorce, and unusual tax returns, and she made it happen. If you want to buy a house, and have been discouraged by other mortgage companies, call Maryann at GW! She will work hard for you and will take the best care of you.
