  Mary was absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough awesome things about her. Our first lender we were going to through wouldn't allow me to be on the loan with my husband because of my credit score. But Mary was a lifesaver!! She was able to get both my husband and I approved for a loan as well as help raise my score! We got approved for well over the amount we could imagine with a low interest rate as well. I will continue to recommend Mary to all my family and friends interested in buying.   Mary Babinski is a top notch professional!! I truly can’t say enough good things about her and the outstanding customer service she gave to me and my husband when we bought our home! When we thought all hope was lost due to bad advice and even worse customer service from 2 other mortgage brokers, Mary and her team at Motto Mortgage came through for us. She kept in contact with us every step of the way, explained everything we needed to know in detail, answered all of the questions we had, and gave us realistic expectations of the process and the timeline to get to a closing. When we got the email from her that said we were “clear to close”, it was a testament to her hard work and her willingness to get the job done for her client, not just her paycheck and that’s the difference you want and need when trying to get a mortgage.   I was referred to Mary by my realtor Anne Bromberg. Once Mary knew what I wanted to do she had me provide all of my financial docs right away which gave her a head start over a bank. It took me a few months to find the house I wanted and Mary was ahead of the game. She had me email my bank statements each month to stay current. Mary was able to get me closed quickly. She kept me updated throughout the process and returned my calls or messages quickly. I recommend Mary hands down. You won't be happier.

  First of all I would like to say Mary is at the top of game when it comes to doing her job in my case she was with me all the way from start to finish my Realtor and her kept me posted and when I met her I wanted to hug her she was so sweet and professional and down to earth.
