  My Wife and I became State Farm customers a few years ago, leaving Progressive, where I’d had so-so service. Since then, we’ve become multi-policy holders, because State Farm is a one stop shop, which is easier to organize in our life. We worked with Alicia McClure, and have found her to be very responsive, knowledgeable about products, and an excellent partner in finding us the best policies to protect our interests. Marty Bothwell worked with us to pull a mortgage quote, and truly went above and beyond. He was flexible with his time and followed up on all of our questions. This is an agency you can trust to help you when things are good, and care for you when they’re not so good. Highly recommend!

  It didn't take much convincing from Kory W to get me to switch my home and auto insurance to State Farm. Kory took his time to explain the benefits of having State Farm as my insurance company, and really put my mind at ease to see how great the coverage is. I was also surprised to see how much money I started saving by doing the switch, but the coverage is better than what I was paying for before! I felt so confident that Kory was taking care of me and pointing me in the right direction, that a year later I trusted State Farm to supply a loan for a new car and again, saved more money that what local banks or dealerships were offering. He's always been available when I have questions or gets me in touch with the right people. I don't see myself ever switching insurance companies again because Marty's team is doing it right and I don't want to risk loosing the great coverage and customer service.

  I have had my insurance with State Farm for three years and it has consistently met all my expectations. The customer service from Ty has always been prompt, accurate, and a pleasure.   I cannot say enough good things about Marty's State Farm team. I recently had to file a collision claim and the whole process, start to finish, was as painless as could be. Ty was a great help getting me lined up with a collision repair shop and making sure that I had a rental car ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Kory went out of his way to drop me off at my home when I returned my rental car early. Lastly, the collision repair shops that Marty and his team work with are top notch and Ty made sure that I was treated very well throughout the entire process of working with the repair shop.

  Marty is a great agent, and he truly cares about his customers. Whenever we have a question related to our policies or something new we may be interested in, Marty always provides detailed information in response to those questions, and does a great job communicated in language we can understand.
