  When I first met with Bethany, we discussed the pros and cons of selling and we talked through what my goals were. She had helpful recommendations of how to prepare my home and things that would be most important to potential buyers. Her team helped with a couple of minor changes and assisted with staging. She stayed in contact with me and through the preparations and getting everything finished by the listing date. I had multiple offers the first day and we discussed the options of each one and what fit best for me. I appreciated her covering all of the options and letting me make the final decision.   Alyssa, Bethany, and team were great to work with. Not only are they pleasant and fun people, they are professional and know what they are doing! Alyssa has been an amazing resource for local recommendations for anything from contractors to kids baseball! Everything she has recommended has been wonderful. The whole process of buying and selling was so educational. We looked at buying established homes and ended up buying a new build and Alyssa helped so much in walking with us through the process. I appreciate her knowledge and love of houses! The process of listing and staging our home was also so interesting and fun, aside from the standard stress of selling a home. I love what they did with our home we worked so hard on and it showed through the photos, video, and showing process. I also love the work Bethany is doing in educating people about real estate investing. I would 100% work with any one of them again.

  I couldn’t more highly recommend anyone but our realtor, Kimberly Reeves, at Bethany Nelson Real Estate Group. Kimberly. Is. Amazing!!! We really think that on a scale of 1-10 she deserves a 20. She and her colleagues are polished, professional, extremely competent, responsive, and kind. Kimberly found us our dream home and helped us secure the sale despite it being such a tough market for buyers. In addition she also sold a home for us, coordinating the timing of our closings perfectly. We had 8 offers in just one weekend! There is so much more. I don’t normally give unprompted recommendations but I would just like to say that if you know you will be moving in the future, and you’re in the Twin Cities, you really need to reach out to Kimberly Reeves.   Kylie has gone above and beyond! She started working with me for my first ever purchase. She guided me through the first time home buying process and answered all of my questions.
