  Shawn Galliers & Marty Bihn helped me and my wife through the whole mortgage process in late spring 2019. We couldn't have been happier with how smoothly the whole thing went. As first time home-buyers and moving in from several states away, Marty & Shawn's communication was seamless. It would not have been as easy without them. Highly recommend!

  After dealing with Marty for a while I wasn’t quite sure if he worked for fairway or Midwest mortgage with the amount of business he is giving them. I have had an absolutely horrible experience with this guy. There were countless times i was left without any knowledge of where the loan stood and what was being done with it. I tried reaching out to him, but he won’t text or call you back no matter how many times you try to contact him. He will communicate with everyone else besides you. Let alone this company will share all your personal information with your realtor without your permission. Which is not something any company should ever do. They will also run your credit several times in a row and won’t tell you why. In my experience with him, he ran the Co-borrowers credit several times with out even getting verbal permission to do it in this first place. This company will violate your personal rights as well as your privacy. This company has broken multiple real estate rules. I would not recommend Fairway mortgage to anyone. If you need a mortgage don’t hesitate to call mike Gill with Midwest mortgage and get things done the right way!
