  I've been a member of this real estate network for several years, have learned a lot from my real estate advisor, Tanya Lorimore, and have purchased 2 investment properties remotely using their network. Tanya guided me through every step of the process of buying my first home. I've come to trust this team of professionals and it is so comforting to know that each in-network RE professional I use must have met the Marshall Reddick standards before I am referred to them. ...also their seminars are informative and are a great way to meet and learn from more experienced investors. Update 9/14/21: I'm now using Marshall Reddick for property management and private lending and continue to be happy with them. Just got repaid for my first hard money loan through them. It was smooth and i'm about to do my second hard money loan -through Marshall Reddick of course. Patrick and his team have been good to work with. There is always risk with investing but with MR at least I'm confident that everything is legit and fair.

I have worked with their hard money lending team (Patrick, Stephanie, and April) quite a bit over the past year and have always had a positive experience.   I have been a Marshall Reddick investor for over 10 years. I purchased my first investment property through MR and it was a very good experience. I moved over to private lending in 2016. I didn't have a ton of money but I opened a self-directed IRA with the funds I had and the MR team found loans that aligned with my resources. Thus far, I have funded four loans and each one was successful. I intend to continue with the private lending tool as a part of my retirement strategy. Thanks to the Marshall Reddick team!

  As an avid user of Marshall Reddick (MR) resources since 2003, I am a little lost as to where to start on the describing and praising the return on investment (ROI) that I have gained from MR as an investor, as a pupil, as a mentee, and one who wants to get out of "rat race" while holding on the to the hard earned career type of person that I am. MR's devotion to education is the cornerstone of the business which in turn with due time and diligence with the investor/learner, your returns in both personal and pecuniary aspects will have substantial ROI. Shout out to my mentor - Christin Tabar. She has provided both experience and insight to get my portfolio to where it is now. We continue to brainstorm on future investments...always get hooked with a mentor! Shout out the properties managers and teams out taking care of MR client properties - you know who you are! Also BIG shout out and Patrick Prunty and Aaron Byrne on allowing investors to "be the bank" so to speak in the hard money loan investment and Mortgage Fund!
