  I had a real pleasant experience to get a land loan approved for my project. Considering that there was no house on the land, it is not an easy loan to get approved. Not only that, the interest rate was better here than any of the other 10 banks I called. George has prompt communication and is willing to help make every situation end positively. Everything was clear and I was never blindsided with hidden fees or fine print. I recommend using him as your loan officer.

  This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a loan officer. Over the years I have dealt with many banks and have had loans approved for millions of dollars. George was an obstructionist from the beginning. Phone calls and emails were not answered in a timely manner. loan details were ignored. He had no understanding and no willingness to understand the details of my loan application. I will never use US Bank in my life.
