  My husband and I were referred to Mark by friends when we started looking into buying a house. He got us pre-approved and in touch with a great realtor within days. There were several difficulties and changes of direction with our home purchase, but he helped us through them patiently and we got the house. Just recently we went back to him for a refinance, and at least this time it was simple, but he still kept us up to speed and explained every step of the process. You won't regret working with Mark!

  When I reflect on working with Mark the attributes that come to mind are Patient, Hardworking, Kind. As first time home buyers, my wife and I had lots of questions throughout the whole process and Mark did a great job of explaining everything so that we knew exactly what we were doing. The loan process can be stressful and if we didn't have someone like Mark to keep us calm then it would have been an overwhelming process. I highly recommend working with Mark Washburn!

In came Mark Washburn. Mark is the consummate professional. Right from the start he not only allayed our fears, but he worked wonders with our funding. Out of prudence, we sought second offers from other lending officers, but none was able to come close to the magic Mark was able to work.   I loved working with mark. No only did he make this whole experience easier, he made it possible by going above and beyond the call. He was always there to answer questions.
