  Kellie Shepherd at First Colony Mortgage was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond my expectations. She replied to every email and answered every question I had in a timely manner. Edit: Called Kelli again for a refi and my experience was just as good as the first. She's the best!

  Hands down one of the beat experiences I have had working with a lender. So grateful to have Kellie Shepherd in my corner. There was a slight mix up on the account of my banking institution leaving me with a less than desirable credit score. Where other lenders wrote me off not even attempting to look I nto it, Kellie and the First Colony team dug in and went to work. They not only helped me with boosting my credit score, they made the borrowing process very smooth and transparent. Looking forward to refinancing some of my other properties with them very soon.

  If you are buying a home DO NOT go to anyone else for your loan needs besides Kellie Shepherd. This girl is SO on top of it and makes everything easier than I ever thought possible. Kellie is a loan officer but may as well be a financial advisor and life coach too. We walked away from the home buying process with a credit score 40 points higher than when we started as well as a better handle on our financial situation, all thanks to Kellie. On top of that she talked us through every single detail of buying a home and I felt comfortable, informed, and in control at all times. I'm telling you, it could not have been easier! We love Kellie and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation after she helped us get into our perfect house.

  I used FCM to purchase a new manufactured home. I live near Delta in central Utah. Thomas was the person who worked with me, he was great! Great communication, I always felt like I was in the loop and knew what was going on with my loan. Everything went really fast with the home placement, and Thomas was able to move things as quickly with the loan as we were with the house. Whenever we hit a snag in the process, he was great to explain what was needed and helped me move it along quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend FCM and especially Thomas, they were first class!
