  Mark and his team were absolutely amazing. It was a pleasure going through this process having them in our corner. He was easy to reach and so thorough. There was a brief moment I felt concerned, but Mark explained everything in plain English and put my worries to rest. Home buying was a scary idea at first, and with this being our first purchase, we had no idea what to expect. It was so refreshing to have a Lender that was as down to Earth as Mark. All of our transactions went smoothly, we closed under 30 days, hassle free!

Both times he was EXTREMELY helpful, and was very good at explaining anything and everything to me, that I did not understand.   Mark was great, he finished a refinance on a loan we had worked been working on with Bank of America for months that they could not get done even though we had worked on it for 4 months. Mark made it easy, worked with us on the issues we had which included a property owner who lived outside the USA, got us a better rate and got it done. It was such a great experience that we have now completed our second property refinance and are now working on our third property refinance. Would highly recommend Mark, professional, understanding, and honest.
