      Fraudulent bank. Not the staffs fault I actually like the staff. But clearly, they are either hacked or in on it. Also don't sign up for their life insurance they double dipped many times into my bank account and even when I brought the screenshots they then digitally altered data entries online to look as if it had never happened. They opened multiple policies which I never consented to, eventually got my money back thank God. Then everytime I spoke to loan officer money just went missing from my account once in May 2021 then again I spoke to him June 2022 money again went missing and data banking entries were altered from the screenshots I had. And when I went there and reported things there was no concern "no let's look into it, no "let's investigate" just "don't know what you are talking about? " Just "there is nothing to see here" Just like the last times. And if I could upload all the pictures I have to show you I would. I am warning you guys keep an eye on your bank account. And I would like to add that I only open one Life insurance where I assign the beneficiary and all the other life insurances that are open through the bank I do not know who the beneficiary was and when I asked them they will not tell me eventually with a lot of persistence I was able to close all the other life insurance you can see in the picture where I went to post this picture that I was making a payment with a card and they were withdrawing automatically also therefore double dipping and even triple dipping into my bank account because there was other life insurance is created with different life insurance policy numbers. And long story short I eventually closed all the life insurance policies through the bank because at one point there was six life insurances each worth 350 thousand dollars that I never opened and it kept happening every month with a different policy number and who knows who the beneficiary was and how they knew my exact banking info. Only one of the policies was the one that I opened and only on one of the policies my next of kin was the beneficiary any other beneficiary on any of those other policies would be null, and void and absolutely not a logical choice for me to make or select anybody else as my beneficiary. Absolutely no one else would make sense to be my beneficiary. You can see in the picture that I uploaded if you go to the photos for this Bank you can see where you see the two data entries where it shows that they were double dipping then you see another picture after the fact of complaint where only one data entry appears now that is after they altered it after I went and complained they basically altered the data.

      Hi Jennifer, We are sorry to hear of your recent experience. Although we are unable to digitally alter your bank account to reflect incorrectly, we do understand your concern. We are more than happy to assist in reviewing the account to assist in correctly balancing as needed. The life insurance policies may be opened with a signed form mailed back to do so. However, as this service is offered through a partner company, they are able to enforce their own policies for beneficiaries. Feeling as if you are not being heard and that your funds are being mishandled is upsetting. We would love to discuss these issues with you to provide any clarity necessary.

      Like being a member of Safe. Left Chase a few years ago, total lack of customer service there. Safe knows customer service is where its at. Even when you are unprepared (which I am most of the time) they're willing to go the extra mile for you. Its a small bank, 4 teller windows. But that make it feel homey, personal. You feel like a number at the big banks.

      Woo hoo! First to review! This SAFE has a curvy drive through which looks like fun but I haven't tried it yet. This used to be a Burger King I think? They also have yet another ATM in this shopping complex which also houses Jamba Juice, TJMaxx and Raley's. Service-wise, I find that sometimes it is not as fast as the location down the road at San Juan and Madison, but the service is great once you get it. For instance, I wasn't sure if you can deposit a check here for another credit union. In this case it was Sacramento Credit Union (they're not part of some special network, so "no"). I asked a guy sitting at a desk, he got up, made some inquiries and saved me waiting in line. They have a carafe of coffee if you get tired of waiting in line too.

      I called 11-6-18 at 9 am to find out about a small business loan, no one could talk to me so I gave all my info and waited for a call back. After no call back by 4. I called back and they said Jered was available but would not respond to the call. Then called the third time and asked for the manager who still left me on hold, spent over an hour on the phone and could not get any info!
