  Jayson Thompson was my lender at Empire Home Loans. From the very beginning he was always available and very attentive. He explained everything to me in detail. During the entire process if I emailed or called Jayson, he would always return the call or email same day. Buying a home is already very stressful, so constant communication was very important to me. Jayson was there up until the very end of closing. He was there to help explain all the closing paperwork which was a great help to me as well. Thank you, Jayson, for being so wonderful and gracious during this whole process!

  Having purchased and/or refinanced homes on eight occasions, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of loan officers. It is because of this experience that I am extremely confident in saying that Jayson is, hands down, the best. I had a first-hand look at how Jayson operates and how a client responds when my daughter recently purchased her first home. She had had no idea what she could afford, how borrowing worked, or if purchasing was even within the realm of possibility. Her desire became reality due to the trust Jayson built between the two of them, their close working relationship, his willingness to teach and his dedication to guiding her through the entire process. Jayson steered my daughter through pre-qualifying and pre-approval. He tirelessly welcomed, even encouraged, questions from a first-time customer. It was evident he was not going to be satisfied until my daughter had a firm grasp on mortgages. As interest rates and home prices fluctuated, he continually provided updated financing information to help my daughter assess what she could now afford. There is more. Once a home was found, the loan obtained and final work was underway, Jayson went above and beyond helping my daughter understand home and mortgage insurance. The house required fire insurance, so he offered advice and suggestions in that department as well. I enthusiastically recommend Jayson for your financing needs. He will be straight with you and you will not be disappointed.
