  Marcy Cheatham helped us sell our home and is the best realtor we have worked with in this area! My wife & I have bought/sold many homes in multiple states throughout the years & 2 things that are particularly important to me in a realtor are attentiveness & respecting what we, as the sellers, goals are (not just trying to get a quick close). Marcy responded to us quickly any time we reached out to her, & she never tried to push us to accept low offers just to get sold. I generally hate dealing with real estate, but having Marcy as our agent definitely made the whole experience much easier!

  Mauricio Villa was my selling agent and I have recommended him to everyone and will continue to do so! Within two minutes of me filling out information online, I received a phone call to set up a meeting at my house with a selling agent to talk through the different options. He is super nice and talked me through everything; when he told me how much I should sell it for, I thought he was nuts, no one would ever pay that much for that house! But we went with it and low and behold, we actually got slightly over asking price and had numerous offers the first day on the market. He knows his stuff and it seems like the whole company does. I was super impressed with how easy and stress-free he made the experience for me. I never thought I would be able to say I had a good experience selling my house, but I definitely did. I can't explain how much it meant to me that I was not stressing about this and that my house went on the market and was sold within a month. What a wonderful team and I am so glad I filled out that information online!

  This was my first experience selling a home and wasnt sure what to expect. I recieved a recommendation from our in laws about Mark Spain Real Estate. I called and within a couple minutes Leah Dukes called back. She made the whole process so easy for us. Great people to work with and very professional. Within 30 days we already closed on our house for almost full asking price. I would recommend Mark Spain to anyone looking to sell their home.

  I dealt with Emily Morrison. She was fantastic to work with. She really understood and accommodated our needs. She was extremely patient (even with a not so patient seller-me).   I got up one morning and decided that I wanted to sell my home and find another one with land for my children to explore and play on. Dreading the idea if going through the endless process I contacted Mark Spain. The next day a very friendly young lady came to my home to explain my options. I told her exactly what I was looking to do and in less than a month I found the exact home I was looking for and my current home was under contract. I never thought it would go so smoothly. Yes, there were times that my anxiety started to kick in, but my agent assured me that everything was going to work out exactly as planned.   Our agent, Gracie Carter, was the best thing that happened to us. She was such a professional in all aspects. From the time she took over our listing she had it sold in just a couple of months. Our property was an unusual one out in the country and really needed the right buyer! She understood this and marketed our home in the best way possible to find that buyer!   Our listing agent was very professional and transparent. We were under contract in only 4 days! The whole process went much smoother than I thought. The photographer knew how to take pictures that focused on the best features of our home, and our agent was quick to respond and explain any questions we had. I highly recommend Mark Spain!
