  The Northpoint team was extremely consistent from loan estimate to closing. I had just come out of a very disappointing experience with another national lender where the closing numbers ended up being nowhere close to the original offer that prompted me to pay the earnest money for the appraisal. When I told Frank about the previous deal, he understood how important honesty was to me. He took his time considering everything, along with what I wanted to accomplish with the refinancing, before generating the loan estimate. Easy online document submission and updates on the progress of the loan at every step during the entire process. When I got the final disclosure, it was so close to the estimate, I was absolutely pleased. No surprises. Great experience from first call to closing. I highly recommend Frank and his team.
