  Mark and his team made it possible for us to become homeowners! I truly doubted it would ever happen, but Mark walked us through each step and kept reassuring me during each obstacle... and there were many! We got such personal attention. Mark was on the phone with us almost everyday letting us know how the process was going. We are forever grateful to Mark and the Evergreen team for putting us in our dream house.

  Mark it's the best ! He made my home buying process so easy, he always tryed to answer all my questions, he was the one that I wanted to ask and I still value his opinion because he knows what he is doing,he has the experience, the patience and he will give you the time you deserve, he is always willing to help you. He always find the way to explain you the process, so you can understand cristal clear and I also highly value that when he said he will do something, he will do it, no lies. I had a conventional loan, at some point I was in need of a different loan, I mean was a crazy situation and yet he was the one that help me the most. We are very grateful with Mr.Mark, and for all of you reading this, you will not regret working with him.
