  Mark, Darci and the whole Richardson Team are truly the squad you want in your corner. Despite a global pandemic, exploding home prices & our personal financial struggles; they were able to provide the support, direction & preparation to position ourselves to be ready to purchase a home. Today, I am happy to share that my wife and I were handed the keys just yesterday to a home that is beyond anything we could have imagined. Thank you to Mark and Darci, we will definitely use them again and would suggest to anyone else to do the same!

  CSMC helped with our new home purchase. The entire team is phenomenal. Mark got us the best rate possible. I like that he is very honest. Before locking in rate I asked If there is need to shop around, he said no. Of course I did not take his word for it, so off I went - rate shopping. No lender could beat or even match his rate/deal. We were ready to close in 3 weeks!!! Fantastic job guys. And Barbara who helped with all the paper work - thank you. You get email updates for each milestone in the entire home purchase process. I would totally recommend Mark and Darci Richardson. I hope you have a pleasant experience like we did with CSMC.

  Mark and Darci at CSMC were, simply put, outstanding. My husband and I were looking to become first-time homeowners in an insane housing market, and this team made the process so easy for us! Anytime we had questions or concerns, they and their team were quick to respond and clarified everything into terms we could understand (legal jargon is pretty daunting at times). Their assistant, Karen was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. The only complaint we have was with the escrow company that was chosen but we can leave them their own separate review.
