  Outstanding Team! To make our offer more competitive, we put in our offer that we could close in 30 days. We were on our 11th offer and the frustration was growing. When we finally landed an offer, our loan officer unfortunately became ill and suggested we use a different lender that could meet the 30 day Escrow. The Richardson Team at CSMC Mortgage stepped right in and took over our loan. They acted quickly and were in constant communication with me. Not only did they meet the 30 day Escrow, but we closed in 21 days! The team was just outstanding and due to their efforts, we now have our dream home. They have my strongest recommendation for your future mortgage.
