  I recently got a new number and have received repeated calls from Tracy. I've called 3 times and explained that I am not the person she's looking for. Met with a curt "okay," nothing has changed. I live on the west coast and these calls are coming in at around 6am, which is illegal, especially after I've repeatedly asked her to rectify her mistake and leave me alone. Even if I lived in the area and desperately needed a 27% interest loan, I still wouldn't use Mariner, because they clearly don't have their stuff together.

  Our AC went out and right at school shopping time too! We were really in a bind and I was super worried about having the money to do our school shopping before school started. Bryan was pretty by his self in the office and I could tell he had alot on his plate. But he really got us taken care of fast. Je worked around our crazy work schedules and managed to save the day!! I dont know how he is juggling everything on his own but we are sure thankful that he is so experienced and dedicated to his job. We have been dealing with mariner for years now and I wouldn't want to sit down with any other employee!! This guy deserves a huge raise bc I would have lost my mind if I were in his shoes but he kept his cool and kept a smile on his face!! You are very lucky to have such a great hardworking employee!!!   Desiree and Ashton at our local Lake City, Florida branch were very professional from start to finish with us. We are not technologically literate so there were some bumps in the road for us because everything had to be done through the computer but they stayed in there with us and we were able to close.
