  Ron DeHoff was AWESOME to work with!! He was very quick to respond to any questions I had whether it be by phone, email or text. And, he was determined to get my business...and, he did! If your looking for a great person/ salesman he's the one. He's helpful and NOT pushy. Not to mention he had his guys bring it three hours from Valdosta, Georgia to Enterprise, Alabama..free! Great customer service goes a long way with me. ( that's the reason I was trading a Infiniti q56) I don't usually write reviews. But, he deserved 5 ⭐️'S for going above and beyond! Thanks Ron for making this the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever done!

  Phenomenal service! Very helpful, friendly reps here. I am so happy to switch from the Albany Toyota to this location, the difference is night and day. My first visit here was with the service department, where I was helped by Roy, who was great. Very helpful, informative, and best yet, friendly. My visit entailed many friendly encounters, all by people who were ready to help and answer questions I had. Not one person made me feel put off since I wasn't there to buy, so of course, there was no pressure from anyone. I can't encourage anyone enough to try this location out if they are the slightest bit unhappy with their current dealership, or for whatever reason would lead them to a new place.

  Updated review: There was a confusion about my service coupons. My past experiences there were great, I had the same issue with the coupons but there was a guy there that called the company that supplied the booklet and told me that everything was fine and would be covered. Today I was told the coupon only covered up to a certain amount (which is fine) and that that's probably why the guy that previously did that is no longer here. In my opinion that was very unprofessional. I don't care to know why someone is no longer employed there. I just wanted clarity on why it covered it then but not now. She had no answer and didn't refer me to someone more knowledgeable on the subject. Unsure of her name but she's the girl in the far left corner.

  Very good experience. The staff at Valdosta Toyota were all very nice and very helpful in my purchase of a new vehicle. They went out of their way to make sure my experience was as pleasant as it could be. Thanks to all the people that were involved.

  Michael Thornton was my sales person at Valdosta Toyota. He took the time to show my exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations to deliver the vehicle I wanted. It is is not the first vehicle I have purchased from him. I went back to him because of the knowledge he had and never pressured me, allowing me time to consider all of my options. After the sale was made, he made a point to follow up with me and make sure I was happy and understood the programming and features and asked me to call him anytime if I had any questions. Great Experience.

  For years my family purchased Honda brand vehicles. Due to lack of customer service, we were looking for a new dealership. Well we found it!! The best buying experience ever!   We took our Lexus here because the closest Lexus dealer was 4 hours away. I thought we had a huge problem. The problem was nothing. The maintenance team is excellent and believe me : " Very honest people" I highly recommend them to you! Thank you!
